Well a varied newsletter this week, mainly associated with free designs and patters.
We have part 5 of our online lessons, looking at glass painting equipment plus a great new project, shaped sun catchers. Fir the free designs and patterns for glass painting we have an article and video about where to find designs (plus a bit about how to alter them). To round this all of we have some new large glass painting designs for you.

In this 5th lesson we look at basic glass painting equipment, everything from blu-tack through to a light box. We give a run down of all the basics except for paint and outliner which have been covered in their own articles.
Our next lesson will be a project, painting a vase.

Shaped Sun-catcher Project.
A really great project which, once again, can be altered to suit your own needs. We made our sun catchers birds as this seemed like a good theme for a window. You can choose whatever shape you would like. Cartoon characters can make great shaped sun catchers as can fish and other animals.
Whatever design you chose we hope you will enjoy the project.

In this article and video we look at where you can find a range of free designs and pattern for glass painting. There are also short sections on copyright and free programs for editing designs. Obviously we have included our own site on the list plus a few other sites we use regularly plus a bit about getting the most from Google search.

10 New Free Designs.
We have added another 10 designs to the windows and doors section. Don’t worry if you don’t want to do any large glass painting, you canstill use smaller parts of these designs (or resize them) on vases, sun catchers etc.
Once again members of the email list will find a link in the email we sent out which will enable you to download a zip folder containing all 10 designs with extra large versions and vector versions.
